Consulting to Decision - Before deciding to list with us we take the time to ask important questions to give us clarity on your goals and you comfort in knowing we’re the right team for the job of selling your home. The process looks lke this:

7. Calculate and Show Seller Net Sheet

8. Decide to Sell or Not

9. Review and Sign Listing Agreement with Seller Condition Disclosures

Marketing the Property - Once we’ve agreed on your goals and a pricing strategy that works it’s time to get the marketing effort underway. The steps we take to ensure a timely sale of your home include:

Negotiating the Contract - The goal of this stage is to negotiate the best contract possible, execute it in writing, and advance it through due diligence.

Closing the Sale! - We’re at the FINISH LINE! The goal of this stage is to finalize and fund the sale.

17. Coordinate with Title/Attorney and All Parties for Closing

18. Review Seller’s Closing Statement with Seller

19. Prep for move (pack, move, clean, and shut off utilities)

20. Confirm all closing conditions, including conveyances and repairs

21. Close, verify funding, and conduct key exchange
